BEST VALUE TECHNOLOGY

Athena prides itself to provide technology that works. The start-up cost of implementing Athena products is low - merely a server capable of serving the number of users in the agency. There is no need to purchase expensive large server, RDBMS database*, high network capacity, etc etc. We do not sell our customers hardware equipment unless otherwise requested. We only want to provide solutions that works. Period.

GDS NEUTRAL

Athena's products interface to all major GDSs in Asia Pacific - Abacus, Galileo Amadeus. The Athena SMART interface module can extract information directly from the GDSs screen and/or IUR (Abacus), AIR (Amadeus) and MIR (Galileo). With this facility, a travel agency can have interfaces to one or all GDSs at the same time. Back Office is able to extract all auto-tickets from the 3 GDSs and reconciles with BSP. Most importantly, the travel agency is able to migrate from one GDS to another without any change to the front/mid/back offices, thus reducing the impact of the migration.

FULL SUITE OF PRODUCTS

To complement the growth and business direction of travel agencies, Athena provides products from internal TMS (Travel Management Systems), to Business Intelligence Solution, to Fares and Pricing, to eCommerce application. The full suite of products guarantees single data repository, extension of travel agency's businesses, additional channels of distribution, and expansion of business into Internet-based.

SUPPORT COMMITMENT

Our support is second to none. Our current customers can ascertain our claim. Our support staffs are fully trained in using the products and understand travel agencies operations. We usually respond immediately to any user's call and try to rectify the issue there and then. In some cases, we would get back within 2-4 hours from time of call if further investigation needs to be made. Our aim to ensure the IT back-bone of the travel agency works without any stoppage.

There are many travel solution providers in Asia Pacific. Most the systems offered fulfil only certain needs and lack of other necessary functions.
